📝 Ingredients:
For the Salad:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 avocado, sliced
2 cups romaine or mixed greens
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup corn (fresh, grilled, or canned)
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
Optional: crumbled feta or shredded cheddar cheese
For the Dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Salt & black pepper to taste

Marinate & Grill Chicken:
