No-Bake Chocolate Cream Pie
Ingredients:
24 Oreo cookies, crushed (for crust)
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup whipped topping (for garnish)
2 oz dark chocolate, shaved or chopped (for garnish)
Cocoa powder, for dusting
Directions:
In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into a 9x9 inch pan to form the crust. Chill in the fridge.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Spread over the chilled crust.
In a separate bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix and milk until thick. Spread over the cream layer.
Chill the pie for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Before serving, top with whipped topping, chocolate shavings, and a dusting of cocoa powder.
