Ingredients:
• 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions:
1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2 Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
3 In a bowl, mix diced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
4 Place a small spoonful of the strawberry mixture onto half of the pastry hearts. Cover with the remaining hearts and seal the edges using a fork.
5 Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
6 Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
