Davy Crockett Sandwich 😋
1lb ground beef
1/2 white onion
4oz Velveeta
Salt & pepper
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of Rotel
Serve on toasted bun
Brown chopped onion (I put a bit of minced garlic too) put in the ground beef and can of Rotel. Brown meat and then drain excess water/grease. Add salt & pepper, Velveeta and cook til cheese melts. Add cream of mushroom. Mix and you're done.
Makes 6-7 sandwiches and is very filling! Big hit tonight.
