Delicious Strawberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Mix in sour cream and flour until fully combined. Pour half of the batter over the crust.
5. Blend sliced strawberries and strawberry jam until smooth. Pour half of this strawberry mixture over the batter in the pan.
6. Repeat the layers with the remaining batter and strawberry mixture.
7. Use a knife to create a marbled effect in the batter.
8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
9. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
11. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
