Shrimp & Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls 🍤🦀
Crispy egg rolls stuffed with creamy crab rangoon filling and plump shrimp - an irresistible Asian-inspired appetizer.
Ingredients:
12 egg roll wrappers
1/2 lb shrimp, chopped
1/2 lb crab meat
8 oz cream cheese
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg white (for sealing)
Oil for frying
Sweet chili sauce for serving
Directions:
Mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, onions, and seasonings
Place 2 tbsp filling on each wrapper
Brush edges with egg white and roll tightly
Fry in 350°F oil for 3-4 minutes until golden
Drain and serve with sweet chili sauce
