- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies

- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
📝 Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan. In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the sugar and vanilla and beat until combined.
3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the sour cream until well blended.
4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
6. In a small saucepan, combine the coconut and pecans with condensed milk. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is bubbly and thickened.
7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and spread the coconut-pecan topping over the top.
