Old-Fashioned Rhubarb Coffee Cake 🍰
A cozy, crumbly favorite perfect for brunch or anytime you’re craving something sweet and tart!
🍴 You’ll Need:
• 2 cups chopped rhubarb
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup sour cream
• ½ cup butter, softened
• ¾ cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
