Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (or substitute with turkey bacon)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
4 large flour tortillas
Optional: extra ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix until fully combined.
2. Lay the flour tortillas flat. Divide the filling mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it in a thin layer over each one, leaving a small border.
3. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
4. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the filling to firm up.
5. Remove from the refrigerator and slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces.
6. Arrange the sliced roll-ups on a serving plate. Serve cold, with extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
