Japanese Style Cucumber Salad
A side dish that is refreshing and with just right amount of seasoning and tangy flavor!
Sliced the cucumber thinly, (about 3 cups cucumber), then sprinkle salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Rinse the cucumber with clean running water. Drain a squeeze. Put in a large mixing bowl.
Then, add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar. Mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds or seaweed mix. Enjoy!
