Jerk Chicken Wing Ramen

- 1 lb chicken wings
- 3 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (noodle only)
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss chicken wings with jerk seasoning and olive oil. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
2. While chicken cooks, bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot. Add soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
3. Add ramen noodles to the broth, cooking for about 3 minutes or until tender.
4. Stir in red bell pepper and carrot, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Once the chicken wings are done, add them to the pot.
6. Serve the ramen hot, garnished with green onions, cilantro, and lime wedges.
