1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
Cook the Noodles:
Prepare lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Add bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, onions, and mushrooms. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
Combine and Cook:
Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles and sauce mixture.
Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes:
For added flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce and a little sugar for 15 minutes before cooking.
You can substitute beef with chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
