Shrimp Boil Foil Packets

Ingredients:
• 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
• 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
• 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
Salt & pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• Chopped parsley for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving



Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), or preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Boil potatoes and corn for 10–12 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
3. Mix everything in a large bowl:
• Combine shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, olive oil, melted butter, garlic, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
4. Assemble foil packets:
• Cut 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil.
• Divide mixture evenly among the sheets and seal tightly.
5. Cook:
• Oven: Bake for 15–18 minutes.
Grill: Grill packets for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
6. Serve:
• Carefully open packets (watch for steam), garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
