Ingredients:
For the Steak & Shrimp:
2 filet mignon or sirloin steaks
8β10 shrimp, peeled & deveined
Salt & black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Mashed Potatoes:
4 large potatoes, peeled & cubed
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Make the Mashed Potatoes:
Boil potatoes until tender, drain.
Mash with butter and cream until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
2. Sear the Steaks:
Season steaks with salt and pepper.
Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3β4 mins per side.
Add butter and baste. Remove and rest.
3. Cook the Shrimp:
In the same pan, melt more butter.
Add garlic and sautΓ© shrimp 1β2 mins per side until pink.
4. Assemble:
Plate steak, shrimp, and a generous scoop of mashed potatoes.
Drizzle with garlic butter and sprinkle parsley on top.
