Whipped Cherry Cheesecake Cloud Delight
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
Stir in the cherry pie filling until the mixture takes on a marbled pink appearance.
Gently fold in mini marshmallows and chopped pecans if using.
Chill the fluff in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow it to set and develop flavor.
Serve cold, either in individual dessert cups or as a shared bowl at gatherings.
