🍋 Lazy Day Lemon Cream Pie Bars

📝 Ingredients:
For the crust:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
For the filling:
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest (optional for extra zing)
🍽️ Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Make the crust: In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light. Mix in flour and salt until crumbly. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake the crust for 15 minutes, or until just turning golden. Let cool slightly.
Prepare the filling: In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
Pour the filling over the warm crust and spread evenly.
Bake again for 10–12 minutes, just until the edges are set. The center may still jiggle slightly.
Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
Serve chilled, optionally dusted with powdered sugar or topped with whipped cream for extra joy! 🍋✨
