Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat from the skillet, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, then remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.

Next, flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a circle, about 4 to 5 inches in diameter. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle, followed by a sprinkle of crumbled bacon and a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese.

Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching the seams to seal and form a ball. Place each dough ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the dough balls with the beaten egg and, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds for extra flavor and texture.

Bake the bombs in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough turns golden brown and crispy.

Once done, let the bacon cheeseburger bombs cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them while hot for the best flavor!
