Bowtie Pasta in Creamy Cheesy Beef Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
8 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup beef broth
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Begin by cooking the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until it's browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the minced garlic to the beef and cook for 1-2 minutes until it becomes fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring everything together. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken up slightly.
Stir in the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning, mixing well until the cheese is melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes, adjusting to your taste.
Toss the cooked bowtie pasta into the skillet, ensuring every piece is coated with the rich, cheesy beef sauce.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot for a comforting meal.
