- 1 package mince meat (beef or beef and lamb mixture)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste

*Instructions:*

1. Preheat oven
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
3. Add the cold butter and use a pastry blender or your fingers to work it into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Gradually add the ice-cold water, stirring with a fork until the dough comes together.
5. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few times until it becomes smooth.

*Filling:*
1. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the mince meat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
