Semolina and Honey Cake
Ingredients:
200 g semolina (about 1 1/2 cups)
180 g honey (about 3/4 cup)
120 ml vegetable oil (about 1/2 cup)
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon (4 g) baking powder
1/4 teaspoon (1 g) salt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
120 ml milk (about 1/2 cup)
Zest of 1 lemon
For the Topping (optional):
60 g powdered sugar (about 1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice or water
