Grilled Lobster Tails with Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Use kitchen scissors to cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise, stopping just before the tail. Gently pull the meat upward, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
Brush the lobster meat with some of the garlic butter sauce.
Grill the lobster tails, shell side down, for 8–10 minutes, brushing occasionally with more sauce, until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Drizzle remaining creamy garlic butter sauce over the grilled lobster, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
