For the Potato Salad:
2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup diced celery
2 tbsp chopped green onions
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Green Beans:
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Biscuits:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
3/4 cup buttermilk
🔪 Prep the Ingredients
Prep the Chicken Wings:
Pat the wings dry. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the wings in the mixture and let marinate for 15 minutes. In another bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and minced garlic for the glaze.
Prep the Potato Salad:
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and let cool slightly. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add the potatoes, celery, and green onions, and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make the Green Beans:
