🇮🇹 Grissini Breadsticks
Crunchy and golden—these homemade breadsticks are perfect for dipping or pairing with cheese.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup (180 ml) warm water
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp dry yeast
• Optional: sesame seeds, herbs, or coarse salt for topping
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
2. Add warm water and olive oil; knead until smooth.
3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
4. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
5. Roll dough into thin sticks and place on a lined baking tray.
6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden.
7. Let cool and serve crisp.
