🇮🇹 Timballo di Maccheroni (Baked Macaroni Pie)
Layered baked pasta with meat sauce and cheese—crispy on top, creamy inside.
Ingredients:
• 12 oz macaroni
• 1 cup meat sauce (ragù)
• 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
• 1/4 cup Parmesan
• 2 eggs
• Butter, salt, pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Mix cooked macaroni with meat sauce, eggs, and cheeses.
3. Butter a baking dish and pour in pasta mixture.
4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
5. Cool slightly, then slice and serve.
