🥖🧄 Loaded Steak & Shrimp Cheesy Garlic Bread ✨🧀
An epic appetizer or meal featuring toasted garlic bread topped with juicy steak, succulent shrimp, and melted cheese. The perfect combination of surf and turf with cheesy, garlicky goodness! 🌟
📌 Ingredients:
For the Garlic Bread Base:
1 loaf French bread, sliced in half lengthwise
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Steak & Shrimp Topping:
1/2 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🔥 Instructions:
Prepare the Garlic Bread Base:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
Place bread on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly toasted.
Cook the Steak & Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak pieces with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Cook steak for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Assemble & Bake:
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the toasted garlic bread.
Top with cooked steak and shrimp.
Bake for 5–7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
