🍊 Orange creamsicle fudge 🍮
Ingredients
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons pure orange extract
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest (about 1–2 oranges)
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
Optional: orange food coloring (1–2 drops for enhanced color)
Optional: sprinkles or crushed cookies for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper with nonstick cooking spray or a small amount of butter.
Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, orange extract, vanilla extract, orange zest, white chocolate chips, sugar, and salt. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy. If desired, add 1–2 drops of orange food coloring to enhance the color.
Pour and Set: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Tap the pan gently on the counter to release any air bubbles. If using sprinkles or crushed cookies, sprinkle them lightly over the top for decoration.
Chill and Cut: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares or rectangles using a sharp knife.
