Spicy Kimchi Ramen ππ₯
Comforting ramen elevated with the bold flavors of kimchi and spice.
Ingredients
1 pack instant ramen noodles
1/2 cup kimchi (chopped)
1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove (minced)
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 soft-boiled egg (optional)
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
SautΓ© the Kimchi: Heat sesame oil in a pot. Add garlic and kimchi, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Simmer: Add broth and gochugaru. Bring to a boil.
Cook the Noodles: Add ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions.
Serve: Ladle into bowls, top with a soft-boiled egg, green onions, and sesame seeds.
