Salt-Free Bouillon Powder!
Bouillon powder is used to make broth, soups, stews, sauces, and marinades. It can also be used to add flavor to curries, casseroles, dips, dressings, and grains.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
(Optional- 1 teaspoon salt)
Blend everything to food processor to make it powdered. Keep in an airtight container and store in cabinet up to 3 months.
To use: add 1 tablespoon to every 1 cup of water
