π Chicken Teriyaki Noodles π
A flavorful, quick dish featuring tender chicken, stir-fried veggies, and udon noodles in a homemade teriyaki sauce.
Ingredients:
β’ 1 lb chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
β’ 12 oz udon noodles
β’ 2 cups broccoli florets
β’ 1 onion, sliced
β’ 2 carrots, julienned
β’ 3 garlic cloves, minced
β’ Β½ cup soy sauce
β’ ΒΌ cup brown sugar
β’ 1 tbsp honey
β’ Fresh ginger, sliced
Directions:
1. Marinate and cook chicken.
2. Stir-fry veggies, boil noodles, and toss in sauce.
3. Combine and serve!
