Grilled Salmon Tacos with Cilantro Lime Crema ☀️
Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
1 pound salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cilantro Lime Crema:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Tacos:
8 small flour tortillas
Toppings: chopped red onion, avocado, pico de gallo, etc. (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Salmon: Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill the Salmon: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
Make the Cilantro Lime Crema: In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Assemble the Tacos: Warm the tortillas slightly. Place a piece of grilled salmon on each tortilla. Top with cilantro lime crema and desired toppings.
Tips:
You can use any type of fish for this recipe.
For a spicier crema, add more chili powder.
Serve the tacos immediately.
