Ingredients:
2 white fish fillets (cod or halibut work great) π
1 tbsp olive oil π«
1 tsp paprika πΆοΈ
1/2 tsp garlic powder π§
1/2 tsp lemon zest π
Salt and pepper to taste π§
1 lemon, cut into wedges π
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) πΏ
2 cups frozen fries (or fresh if you prefer) π
Instructions:
Prepare the Fries:
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on your frozen fries package. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for the recommended time, turning halfway to ensure theyβre crispy and golden brown.

Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
