Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
Ingredients:
8 oz fettuccine (cooked)
1 lb chicken breast (sliced)
2 cups broccoli florets (steamed)
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté in butter/oil until browned and cooked through.
2. Make Sauce: In the same pan, add garlic; cook briefly. Pour in cream, simmer. Stir in Parmesan until sauce thickens.
3. Combine: Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the sauce. Toss to coat.
4. Serve: Top with sliced chicken and extra Parmesan. Enjoy hot!
