Hot Fudge Brownie Bread 🤎🍞
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus more for drizzling, optional)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional for extra richness)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Stir in hot fudge sauce and milk until smooth and glossy.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips, if using.
Pour the thick batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Drizzle with extra hot fudge sauce before serving if desired.
