Cheesecake Fudge 🍰
Ingredients:
- 9 Graham Cracker squares
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow Fluff
- 1 (3.4-oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
Directions:
1. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with cooking spray. Place graham cracker squares at the bottom of the pan.
2. In a saucepan on medium heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
3. Add the cheesecake pudding mix and stir until dissolved.
4. Remove from heat and mix in the marshmallow Fluff until melted. Pour the mixture over the graham crackers.
5. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy!
