Ingredients:
2 cans crescent rolls
2 (8 oz each) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Unroll one can of crescent rolls and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, making sure to seal any seams in the dough.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the layer of dough.
Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place it over the cream cheese layer, gently pressing the seams together.
Pour the melted butter over the top layer of dough and brush to spread evenly.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the dish cool, then slice along the perforations into triangles or squares, and enjoy!
