📝 Ingredients:
250 g short pasta (like cavatappi, rotini, or fusilli)
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 cup cooked shredded chicken 🍗
1 ½ cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen) 🥦
200 ml heavy cream
100 g cream cheese
100 g shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese 🧀
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: chili flakes or parsley for garnish
👨🍳 Instructions:
Boil pasta in salted water until almost al dente. In the last 3–4 minutes of cooking, add broccoli to the pot. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add shredded chicken, cream, cream cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until melted and smooth. Add pasta and broccoli to the sauce, then mix in shredded cheese. Cook everything together for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the pasta is coated in creamy goodness. Serve hot, topped with parsley or chili flakes if desired!
