Ingredients:

For the base:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed plain biscuits (like Marie biscuits or graham crackers)
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit (sultanas, chopped apricots, cherries)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (pastel-colored look best!)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 100g unsalted butter, melted

Optional Topping:
- Extra coconut for sprinkling
- Melted white chocolate drizzle (optional)

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the tin
1. Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.

Step 2: Combine dry ingredients
1. In a large bowl, mix crushed biscuits, desiccated coconut, dried fruit, chopped nuts, and mini marshmallows.

Step 3: Add the sticky base
1. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter with sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
2. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well until fully coated and sticky.

Step 4: Press & chill
1. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan using the back of a spoon.
2. Sprinkle extra coconut on top for texture (optional).
3. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours or until firm.

Step 5: Slice & serve
1. Once set, lift from the pan and slice into bars or squares.
2. Drizzle with melted white chocolate for extra sweetness if desired.
