🍓 Strawberry Crunch Cake
Fluffy, fruity, crunchy – your new favorite crowd-pleaser!
⭐ Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1 box strawberry cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
For the Cream Layer:
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Crunch Topping:
20 golden Oreos
1 small box strawberry gelatin mix
4 tbsp melted butter
⚡ Quick Directions:
Bake the Cake:
Mix cake ingredients, pour into 2 round pans, and bake per box instructions. Cool completely.
Whip the Cream:
Beat cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar & vanilla until fluffy.
Make the Crunch:
Crush Oreos, mix with gelatin powder & melted butter. Toast for 10 mins at 350°F or until slightly crisp.
Assemble It:
Layer cake, spread cream layer, repeat. Cover entire cake with cream and press on the strawberry crunch.
Chill & Serve:
Let it chill for 1 hour – then slice and enjoy the magic!
