Decadent Fudgy Pistachio Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
¾ cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
Pour batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing into squares.
