Ingredients:
2 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
6 large sea scallops
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Paprika (optional, for color)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top shell of each lobster tail. Gently lift the lobster meat and rest it on top of the shell to expose it.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika if using.
- Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.

2. Sear the Scallops:

- In the last minute of cooking, add the butter and the remaining minced garlic to the skillet. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the scallops to enhance their flavor.

3. Plate and Serve:
- Arrange the beautifully baked lobster tails and the expertly seared scallops on a serving plate.
- Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the seafood and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve the dish with lemon wedges for an extra burst of freshness.
