Pepperoni Lasagna Pie Bomb
Short Recipe:
This epic mashup is the best of both worlds — layers of cheesy lasagna stacked inside a buttery pie crust, topped with melty mozzarella and crispy pepperoni. It’s hearty, gooey, and totally irresistible!
Ingredients:
• 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
• 6 lasagna noodles, cooked
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (optional)
• 20–25 slices of pepperoni
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a deep pie dish with the crust.
2. Cook ground beef with seasoning. Stir in marinara sauce.
3. Layer inside the crust: meat sauce, noodles, cheese, repeat. Add ricotta if using.
4. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest 10 mins before slicing.
