For the Meatballs:
250 g ground beef or lamb
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
Β½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
For the Bowl:
1 cup hummus
Β½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Β½ cucumber, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
Β½ tsp paprika (for garnish)
Fresh parsley, chopped

Make the meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground meat with garlic, cumin, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Shape into small meatballs.
Cook the meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry meatballs over medium heat for 8β10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Prepare salad: Mix diced cucumber and halved cherry tomatoes with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
Assemble the bowl: Spread hummus onto the base of two bowls. Add meatballs, tomato-cucumber salad, and garnish with parsley and paprika.
Finish & serve: Drizzle olive oil over the hummus and serve immediately.
