π Big Mac Wraps π―
Ingredients
For the Big Mac Sauce:
Β½ cup mayonnaise
ΒΌ cup finely diced dill pickles (or 2 tbsp dill pickle relish)
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Β½ teaspoon smoked paprika
For the Wraps:
1 pound lean ground beef (85/15 or similar)
1 small yellow onion, finely diced (divided)
Salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste
4 soft taco-size flour tortillas (or low-carb/gluten-free alternatives)
Β½ cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
Β½ cup sliced dill pickles
Β½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, and smoked paprika. Cover and refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with half of the diced onion. Break the meat into crumbles as it cooks. Once fully browned (about 6β8 minutes), season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder. Drain excess fat if needed, then transfer to a bowl.
Assemble: Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the remaining raw onion, cooked beef, shredded lettuce, pickle slices, and cheese evenly among them. Drizzle each with a generous spoonful of Big Mac sauce.
Wrap and serve: Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
