Orange Pound Cake Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
2 ½ cups granulated sugar
5 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
½ cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp orange zest (about 2 oranges)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp fresh orange juice
1 tsp orange zest

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a 10–12 cup Bundt pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy (3–5 minutes).
4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in sour cream, orange juice, zest, and vanilla.
5. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing just until combined. Batter will be thick.
6. Pour into Bundt pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 60–70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Cool 15 minutes in the pan, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
9. Whisk glaze ingredients together and drizzle over cooled cake.
