🍫🍓 Chocolate & Raspberry Trifle
This Italian-inspired trifle combines layers of sponge cake, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, and raspberries for a decadent dessert.
Ingredients
• Sponge cake or ladyfingers: 1 pack
• Chocolate pudding: 2 cups (480 g)
• Whipped cream: 2 cups (480 ml)
• Fresh raspberries: 1 cup (150 g)
• Dark chocolate: shaved, for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ • Layer sponge cake at the bottom of a glass dish.
2️⃣ • Spread a layer of chocolate pudding.
3️⃣ • Add a layer of whipped cream.
4️⃣ • Repeat layers until the dish is full.
5️⃣ • Top with fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings.
6️⃣ • Chill for 2 hours before serving.
