Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie Cups

Ingredients:

- 1 (12.4 ounce) container refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 20 ounces (½ can) apple pie filling
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Additional caramel sauce, optional garnish
- Additional chopped walnuts, optional garnish

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Separate the cinnamon rolls and press each roll into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin tin cup to form a crust.
3. In a bowl, mix the apple pie filling with cinnamon and chopped walnuts.
4. Spoon the apple mixture evenly into each cinnamon roll crust.
5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apple filling in each cup.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before drizzling with additional caramel sauce and sprinkling with extra chopped walnuts if desired.
8. Serve warm with the included icing or extra caramel sauce on the side.
