DILL PICKLE POTATO SALAD π₯π₯
π₯ 5 lbs russet potatoes, 8 hard-boiled eggs, 1Β½ cups red onion, 1 cup celery, Β½ cup green pepper, ΒΌ cup brown sugar, Β½ cup relish, 3 cups mayo, Β½ cup mustard, 1 tsp salt, Β½ tsp pepper. π Boil potatoes until tender, cool & peel, then chop with eggs and veggies. Mix brown sugar, relish, mayo, mustard, salt & pepper for dressing, fold everything together, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
