A dreamy, creamy cookie delight!
You Will Need:
½ cup unsalted butter
½ tsp salt (plus pinch)
⅓ cup brown sugar
Crushed chocolate cookies
Vibrant blue food coloring
No-bake cheesecake filling
Instructions:
Mix melted butter with brown sugar and cookie crumbs.
Press firmly into a lined pan.
Add blue coloring to cheesecake mixture and blend.
Fold in crushed cookies, keeping it chunky.
Spread filling evenly on crust and chill for 4+ hours.
