Grilled Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails (fresh or thawed)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Using kitchen shears or a sharp knife, carefully cut the top of the lobster shell down the center. Be careful not to cut through the entire shell, just enough to expose the lobster meat. Gently pull the lobster meat upward, keeping it attached to the tail, and rest it on top of the shell. This will help it cook evenly and allow the flavors to infuse.

2. Make the Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

3. Season the Lobster:

Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Reserve some of the butter for basting during grilling.

4. Grill the Lobster Tails:

Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and close the lid. Grill for 5-7 minutes, then flip them over so the meat is facing down. Grill for another 3-5 minutes, basting occasionally with the garlic butter mixture, until the lobster meat is opaque and tender (internal temperature should reach 140°F/60°C).

5. Garnish and Serve:

Remove the lobster tails from the grill and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness.

Enjoy your perfectly grilled lobster tails with a delicious garlic butter sauce!
