Instructions:
1. Prepare the Strawberry Cream:
In a bowl, whisk the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the mashed fresh strawberries. If you want a more intense strawberry flavor, add a tablespoon of strawberry jam.
2. Prepare the Croissants:
Slice the croissants in half lengthwise, but don't cut all the way through (you want the bottom to stay intact).
